This guide shows how to view and understand the automation tools running behind the scenes at TaleTalk Media.
Usually, you won’t need to build or fix anything — just follow these steps to check on things, see what’s running, or show something to someone else.
Our automations are managed using:
n8n — a visual automation tool
It runs on two servers:
Agent Node (at home) — for private or experimental automationsAgent VPS (remote server) — for public-facing flows like email tips, lead magnets, etc. (in development)This is the main place to check automations when you're not at home.
Open your browser and go to:
👉 https://agent-vps.taletalkmedia.com:5678 (in development)
Use your saved login (stored in 1Password under n8n VPS - Stephanie)
You’ll see a visual list of workflows, like this:

This system only works when you’re at home on the network.
Go to:

Use your saved login (stored in 1Password under n8n - Stephanie) (setting your access up)
